Your main responsibilities as a Trainer/Fashion Stylist Lingerie can be divided into 3 main areas:

1. LINGERIE TRAINING (Approx. 20%)

• You organise classroom trainings following the guidelines provided by the global Van de Velde Academy team programs.
• You host webinars following the guidelines provided by the global Van de Velde Academy team programs.
• You work with the Van de Velde Academy digital learning platform locally in Germany.
• You support the Global Van de Velde Academy team with sales representative/Field managers Training.

2. FIELD COACHING (Approx. 70%)

• You coach lingerie retail staff/owners. You are actively present in the field/on the road coaching selling techniques, service and product knowledge.
• You are a true Van de Velde ambassador for our top independent Retail Partners (Rigby & Peller/Franchises/Department Stores) and at retailer’s activities in-boutique (VIP events, open days, after-work party, etc ...)
• Occasionally, you will back up the Sale Representative for customers visits, showroom sales meeting/fairs.

3. ADMIN (Approx.10%)

• You book training rooms, set-up training equipment for training programs.
• You prepare each training, per cycle and customers priorities.
• You schedule your time for reporting and travel.

• You have minimum 4 years of retail experience in fashion and lingerie.
• You love being on the road in Germany and you are fond of working independently and organizing your own schedule in an efficient manner.
• You have a strong personality and you are confident in working with and talking to different kinds of people/ diverse customers/sales people, … (internally and externally).
• You work together with the Van de Velde sales team to achieve the targets that were determined by your manager. You are able to assess and communicate customer needs within Van de Velde.
• Collaboration with your team and colleagues is key. We expect you to share best practices and adapt this in your training. You are comfortable with connecting remotely/digitally and working from a distance.
• You are hands-on, a great listener and you think in solutions.
• You are fluent in English.
• Travelling and flexible working hours are not a problem for you. Most of your time you will be on the road.
• You are digital minded, and you can work with MS office, iPad, iPhone and other digital platforms.
