As intern in the trade & retail marketing team you are part of a dynamic and passionate team of marketing professionals. You will gain initial experience in Retail marketing, supporting the team in execution of the global marketing plan of our own stores & franchise partners (Lincherie and Rigby & Peller). Secondly, you will gain experience in Trade marketing supporting the team to increase the sellthrough & visibility of our brands (Marie Jo, PrimaDonna & Andres Sarda) at B2B partners (independent retail partners, department stores & e-tailers).
Retail Marketing:
Process weekly store requests and coordinate our seasonal POS (digital retail brochure AW23, tv screens in-store, ...).
Take on the operational flow for shop windows (create briefings, contact providers, coordinate logistics, ...)
Support the roll out of our local marketing toolbox.

As PR manager assistant, you’re assisting the PR manager responsible for the development and implementation of the PR strategies in key markets (Germany, Belgium, France and The Netherlands) for our brands Marie Jo and PrimaDonna with relevant press content, community content on the brand essences and brand USP’s.
Community:
Following-up on PrimaDonna and Marie Jo community campaigns rolled out by HQ and PR agencies
Work closely together with PR/Influencers agencies to create content for and about our brands (contracts, samples request, collecting deliverables)
Propose new activations/new profiles to increase and engage the community
Keeping a close contact with the Social media Manager to coordinate timing of influencer content
Analyze profiles with dedicated tool (Stellar)
Set-up the Content Creators reports with a dedicated tool (Stellar)

Global Product Merchandiser - |

The goal of the role of Global Product Merchandiser is to optimize the assortment and inventory of all Van de Velde D2C doors in both O&O retail as well as in Department Stores. We strive to deliver optimal turnover, sell through and margin to the business and for our business partners.
Main focus countries for this role are Germany, Denmark, The Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain, UK and USA. You will report to the Head of Retail.

Prepare initial seasonal budget and volume in cooperation with the buyer or global account manager, based on business/account plan focussed on turnover, sell through, margin, and brand presentation.
