Brand Marketeer Marie Jo

Je functie

As a Brand Marketeer, you are responsible for the branding of our Marie Jo brand – being the connection between the Brands & Design Team and the Commercial Marketing Team. You are perceived as the first ambassador and guardian of the branding guidelines in the company: you have a clear vision on our brand and you increase understanding of the branding within the different parts of the company with a focus on the commercial department.

  • You are responsible for the developing of the creative and visual concepts that support the marketing campaigns and provide specific guidelines for implementation in the different channels. You ensure consistency and therefore impact of the branding.

    • You translate the collection and campaign calendar of a season or product group into a creative concept. You translate this creative concept to the assets needed to implement: photos, videos, copy, music,…

    • You brief agencies and other internal teams that do a part of the content creation to make sure they remain within the brand guidelines.

    • Together with the brand assistant, you compose copy and content for media agencies.

    • You check the implementation of the creative concepts in all channels in order to ringfence the branding.

  • You monitor and steer the content creation budget to ensure efficient content creation (shoots, e-comm, video,…).

  • You monitor brand developments within fashion and lingerie industry, and flag needs to evolve the branding concepts of Marie Jo.

  • You work together closely with different departments in order to provide a consistent brand experience throughout all channels:

    • You work together with commercial analysis and marketing to understand the effect of current campaigns and overall branding.

    • You work together with sales and digital marketing to make them aware of the current brand guidelines.

Je profiel

  • You have a Master’s Degree, preferably in Communication, Marketing, (Graphic) Design,…

  • You have a minimum of 5 years brand management experience in fashion or luxury industry (or agency with customer in these industries).

  • You are able to manage projects (tactical), prioritize and work under own initiative.

  • You are a strong communicator with proactive attitude, not afraid to challenge the status quo.

  • You are digital savvy and have knowledge of the digital environment.

  • You want to work in a team orientated, fast paced, dynamic and international work environment with flexible working hours and location.

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
