Your job

As a young potential in digital commerce, you want to kickstart your career as a junior CRO Specialist. In this role, you take on several challenges within the CRO domain, with the support and training of our digital project manager and e-commerce/digital team. Your focus is on contributing to the development of our CRO strategy and implementing optimization efforts to improve our user experience, maximize our conversion rates and increase engagement across our brand & retail websites.

You’ll work closely with several departments, such as IT and marketing, as well as with our data team, cultivating a data-driven mindset.

After an comprehensive onboarding- & training period, you take on the following responsibilities:

  • Implementing our CRO roadmap across all digital channels to maximize commercial-, marketing- and consumer KPI’s, in close collaboration with the digital project manager.

  • Follow-up of key conversion points.

  • Increasing our conversation rates (both online sales and consumer appointments).

  • Driving qualified potential consumers into our database.

  • Translating consumer data into consumer segmentation to achieve more effective digital marketing actions & campaigns across different channels.

  • Supporting our digital performance manager in conversion forecasting by market & channel, based on your data analysis & insights.

  • Give data driven UX input for our web design.

  • Taking charge in planning and executing UX/Consumer research, including the set-up of A/B & multivariate testing and the use of personalization & testing tools to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Follow-up of, and optimizing input for our landing pages, website CTA’s, …

  • Connecting regularly with your colleagues responsible for digital communication to support them in analyzing the communication channels and optimizing each conversion path.

Your profile

  • You are a young potential and/or graduate in digital commerce, digital marketing and/or analytics.

  • You have a proven first experience with CRO (e.g. internship, school project, small business, ...)

  • You are familiar with Google Analytics and/or other web analytics tools.

  • You have knowledge of statistical concepts.

  • You are eager to learn and show interest for CRO & all its aspects.

  • You have a data-driven mindset and are detail oriented.

  • You have the necessary organization skills to follow-up a project.

  • You think in processes and strive for continuous improvement.

  • You love taking on challenges, are a problem-solver and have an experimentation/fail-fast mindset.

  • You describe yourself as a team-player with strong communication skills.

  • You have a good knowledge of English (both written and spoken). Other languages such as Dutch, German, French, … are a plus.

  • Experience with content management systems is a plus.

  • You are interested in working with and learning more about personalization software.
